Today's Tuesday Tunes are all about emotion. Gut wretching emotion. It all started because the shuffle button in the Itunes produced:
Pioneer To The Falls - Interpol
And I thought to myself, I want to hear more songs like this today. That's how the Tuesday Tune Volume 11 Playlist - Gutwretching Emotion - was born.
Give It Away - Zero 7
Overcome - Live
Mad World - Tears For Fears
I Still Miss Someone - Roseanne Cash (Johnny Cash Cover)
Knock Me Out - Linda Perry & Grace Slick
Holding Me Up - Dandy Warhols
Baby, Now That I've Found You - Alison Krauss
All I Want Is You - U2
Little One - Beck
Last, but certainly most assuredly not least...
Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd

em er good! Love Tears!
Gut Wrenching? Here are my gut wrenching songs that always tighten the stomach muscles:
Imagine-John Lennon
Excuse Me Mister-Ben Harper
Willing to Fight-Ani DiFranco
I'll be there- Jackson5
Money-Everlast
My gut wrenching playlist is called Gas Pains! I will add you items to it!
Rabid, listen to the Mad World Version by Gary Jules--it was in the movie Donnie Darko
Here is my list...and it was a double whammy by the way. TEARS!
Crucify-Tori
Imagine-John Lennon, Eva cassady.
Chopin Piano Concerto number 1-Rubenstein
Woman's work-Kate Bush
Your Cloud-Tori
Kyrie,pie jesu-Durufle
"Your cloud" is good. I have the chorus tattooed on my back.
but I would like to add "Minstral Wind" by Heart, "I Know" and "Slow Like Honey" by Fiona Apple, "Hey Jupiter" by Tori Amos (live version), "Burn" and "Atropine" by Ranier Maria to the playlist.
But "Knock Me Out" is so gut wrenching it might be the number one for me.
*Mistral Wind...ooops
OK---The Chopin is totally gut wrenching....
Damn that McMillian woman---you forced me to listen to classical all day! I found this video...if I weren't so cold hearted, I would have bawled through the whole thing--I need some of this guy!
