What kind of Karbs are you looking for?
Also, why are you blogging at 3:25 am?
I had 3 minutes before I was to leave for my Mondee run. The blogger for some reason dates everything on hour earlier than my clock says. So it was really 4:25.Karbs? Taters (all types new, sweet, russett), rice, bread, broccoli, chocolate cake.

I'd be happy to run along side ya, but there is ALOT of music that needs to be listened to, so I'm booked solid. I am willing to help with the Karbs, "I've got a beverage here" and am nibbling on sugar free gum--now that's what I call meeting you 1/2 and 1/2 way!
I thought I was feeling tired. The thought of all those miles makes my "nightsickness" come back with full force.I felt this way before, but now I know for sure that you are not complete in the head!!!!!!!!!(look at all that punctuation)
I'm shooting for 10 and would be thrilled with 12. You should try being an under achiever, it's much easier to meet your goals!
43 down... it looks like I'm going to be down 5 miles this week. I chose to walk the yahoo to school and watch Spouse mow the lawn in leu of running 5 today.
